Non-woven bag (also known as non-woven bag) is a green product, tough and durable, beautiful in appearance, good air permeability, reusable, washable, silk-screen advertising, marking, and long service life.

Non-woven bags (also known as non-woven bags, English: Nonwoven bags) is a green product, tough and durable, beautiful in appearance, good air permeability, reusable, washable, silk-screen advertising, marking, and long service life.

The product uses non-woven fabric as raw material. It is a new generation of environmentally friendly materials. It has the characteristics of moisture-proof, breathable, flexible, light weight, non-combustible, easy to decompose, non-toxic and non-irritating, rich in color, low in price, and recyclable. The material can be naturally decomposed when placed outdoors for 90 days, and the service life is as long as 5 years when placed indoors. It is non-toxic, odorless, and contains no leftover substances when burned, so it does not pollute the environment.

principle

Non-woven fabric is a kind of non-woven fabric, which directly uses polymer chips, short fibers or filaments to form new fiber products with soft, air-permeable and planar structure through various web forming methods and consolidation technologies. Compared with traditional plastic bags, non-woven bags have the following advantages: non-woven bags are inexpensive and good-quality, environmentally friendly and practical, widely used, and have prominent advertising positions. It is suitable for all kinds of business activities and exhibitions, and is an ideal advertising promotion gift for enterprises and institutions.

The raw material of non-woven bags is polypropylene, while the raw material of plastic bags is polyethylene. Although the two substances have similar names, they are quite different in chemical structure. The chemical molecular structure of polyethylene is very stable and extremely difficult to degrade, so it takes 300 years for plastic bags to be decomposed; while the chemical structure of polypropylene is not strong, the molecular chain can easily be broken, which can be effectively degraded , And enter the next environmental cycle in a non-toxic form, a non-woven bag can be completely decomposed within 90 days.

Non-woven fabric is a product that does not require a weaving process and is made into a non-cloth-like product, also called non-woven fabric. Because it only needs to oriented or randomly brace the textile short fibers or filaments to form a fiber network structure, and then use mechanical, thermal bonding or chemical methods to reinforce it. Most non-woven bags are made of spunbonded non-woven fabrics.

To put it simply, non-woven fabrics are not interwoven and braided one by one, but the fibers are directly bonded together through physical methods. Therefore, when you get the sticky weight in your clothes At that time, you will find that it is impossible to draw out the thread ends. Non-woven fabric breaks through the traditional textile principle, and has the characteristics of short process flow, fast production speed, high output, low cost, wide use, and multiple sources of raw materials.

Laminated non-woven bag, the product adopts the casting method, the compound is firm, it is not glued during the compounding process, it has a soft hand, no plastic feeling, and no skin irritation. It is suitable for disposable medical sheets, bed sheets, surgical gowns, Isolation clothing, protective clothing, shoe covers, and other health protection products; bags made of this kind of cloth are called laminated non-woven bags.

Production Process

Spunlace nonwoven

The spunlace process is to spray a high-pressure fine water stream onto one or more layers of fiber webs, so that the fibers are entangled with each other, so that the fiber webs can be reinforced and have a certain strength.

Heat-bonded non-woven

Thermal bonding non-woven fabric refers to adding fibrous or powdery hot-melt bonding reinforcement material to the fiber web, and then the fiber web is heated, melted and cooled to form a cloth.

Airlaid

Airlaid non-woven fabrics can also be called dust-free paper and dry-laid non-woven fabrics. It uses air-laid technology to open the wood pulp fiberboard into a single fiber state, and then uses air-flow method to agglomerate the fibers on the web curtain, and then reinforce the fiber web into a cloth.

Wet non-woven

The wet-laid non-woven fabric is to open the fiber raw materials placed in the water medium into single fibers, and at the same time mix different fiber raw materials to form a fiber suspension slurry, which is transported to the web forming mechanism, and the fibers are formed into a web in a wet state. Reinforce into cloth.

Spunbond nonwoven

Spunbond non-woven fabrics are formed after the polymer has been extruded and stretched to form continuous filaments. The filaments are laid into a web, and the web is then bonded through self-bonding, thermal bonding, chemical bonding or mechanical reinforcement. The web becomes a non-woven fabric.

Meltblown nonwoven

The process of meltblown non-woven fabric: polymer feeding --- melt extrusion --- fiber formation --- fiber cooling --- forming a net --- strengthening into cloth.

Needle-punched non-woven

Needle-punched non-woven fabrics are a kind of dry-laid non-woven fabrics. Needle-punched non-woven fabrics use the puncture effect of needles to reinforce the fluffy web into a cloth.

Stitched non-woven

Stitched non-woven fabrics are a kind of dry-laid non-woven fabrics. The stitching method uses the warp-knitted loop structure to bond fiber webs, yarn layers, non-woven materials (such as plastic sheets, plastic thin metal foils, etc.) or their combination The body is reinforced to make a non-woven fabric.

Use classification

According to different product uses, it can be divided into:

⒈Non-woven bag series: non-woven environmental protection bags, non-woven handbags, non-woven shopping bags, etc.

⒉Non-woven bag series: non-woven document bags, environmental shopping bags, packaging bags, non-woven handbags.

⒊Non-woven products series: non-woven storage boxes, non-woven storage boxes, non-woven suit covers-non-woven suit covers.

⒋Jewelry bag series: gift bag, rope bag, jewelry bag, velvet bag, perfume bag, pencil bag, jewelry bag, etc.

⒌Apron series: advertising apron, polyester silk apron, cotton apron, PVC apron, hanging net apron.
