2, chemical performance: PE filter medium has excellent corrosion resistance, resistance to all kinds of non-strong oxidizing acid, alkali resistance, aldehyde resistance, adiphatic hydrocarbon resistance, radiation resistance, chemical performance is very good, organic solvent resistance is also very good, in 80℃ below can be resistant to ester ketone, ether and other organic solvents.



3, temperature resistance: up to 30min saturated steam temperature up to 130℃, long time continuous use of PE does not exceed 80℃.



4, mechanical properties: with good toughness and strength, impact resistance, installation and transportation is not easy to damage.



5, filtration performance: the highest filtration precision can reach 0.3 micron, high filtration efficiency, control the starting pressure can effectively remove the solid particles below 0.3 micron.



6, physical properties: medium gravity is light, the theoretical gravity is about 0.5-0.7g/ ml.



7, regeneration performance: PE medium pores have the elasticity of microscopic expansion, can use water pressure, air pressure or water-air pressure combined action for efficient reverse cleaning regeneration. To ensure that the suitable concentration of acid can be used for chemical dissolution and regeneration of the blockage, so that the filtration performance of the medium is restored as before, and the service life of the medium is improved.
