Protection method for large flow water filter element


If the large-flow filter element of the water supply does not meet the flow rate planned, you can open the filter and remove it from it. Next, soak the filter in 4% Hydrochloric Acid for 24 hours and then in 4%. Finally, soak the filter in sodium hydroxide for 24hrs. Then, rinse the tap.


Verify that the O-ring has not been damaged. If the O-ring is damaged, replace it first. Next, install the large flow water filter element using the method of large-flow filter element device. Finally, flush the unit under less than 0.1Mpa.


If the high flow water filter element has to be turned off for a prolonged time, please remove it, wash it using the above method, dry it, and then turn it on again.

Large flow water filter element must be drained.


Steam disinfection is recommended before you use the high-flow water filter. There are two methods of disinfection available: on-line and inside the steam disinfection cabinets.


1 Disinfection in a disinfection cabinet

The high-flow water filter element should be removed from the plastic bag. Place it in the disinfection cupboard at 121°C for half an hour.

2Online disinfection:


The large-flow water filter elements should be installed in the filter following the instructions.


Installation of large flow water filter elements:


1. Place the high-flow water filter unit straight into the O-ring.

2. Do not squeeze the high-flow water filter too tight.

3. Do not touch the high-flow water filter with your fingers.

4. Before using the high-flow water filter, flush it as often as you can.
