What is PTFE pleated filter element

PTFE folded filter element is formed by folding imported natural hydrophobic PTFE membrane and non-woven fabric or (silk mesh) as the supporting layer. The filter element end cover, inner lining center rod, and outer shell are all made of PP polypropylene and formed by thermal welding technology. It does not contain any glue. It has excellent sealing performance, no leakage and no pollution.


1. Performance characteristics:


The membrane stack is composed of PTFE filter membrane and inlet guide layer, which has excellent oxidation resistance and chemical resistance.


A-type shell, center rod and end caps are all imported polypropylene materials;


B type is the end high temperature resistant type, generally used in higher temperature occasions;


C type is the center rod lined with stainless steel, which can be used in high temperature resistant places.
