3. Clean the filter element's housing, clean the surrounding filters elements, and stay in the area. Wear protective equipment.


4. The filter that is required to be replaced by the PP melt blown filter must be disconnected from the system. Slowly release the pressure by opening the exhaust port at the top of your filter. To prevent liquids or materials from splashing, be sure to observe safety precautions during production.


5. You can empty the material from the filter elements, then use a tool to open the cover.


6. Clean the filter's interior with a cloth and cleaning tools. Then, install a new filter element.


7. Check that the gasket is still in place by opening the bag at the filter's end.


8. Place the material from the outside and the inside of your filter element.


9. Use a suitable wetting agent such as water to clean the gasket and filter socket. Place one end of each filter element vertically near the gasket. Next, insert the socket for the filter element in the socket. Then, place the filter element inside the bag. Finally, use a tool to install the filter cover.


10. The drain port on the filter should be closed. Next, open the exhaust hose on the top shell. Open the intake hose to allow liquid to enter the shell. Close the exhaust valve, and then check for leakage at disassembly sites.


11. Slowly open the filter outlet valve to ensure it is fully opened.


12. Take out the tools that need to be replaced or cleaning tools. Clean perimeter.
